On behalf of ...the Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) Landing Craft, Air Cushion (LCAC) Program, and the entire LCAC program staff, we'd like to take this opportunity to thank you and the staff at Catering by Bob for all the assistance, support, and wonderful food provided at the recent LCAC TSR. Everyone was very extremely satisfied with the food and made wonderful comments on the taste and presentation. Your assistance made putting on a large gathering (and feeding a bunch of hungry sailors!) much easier. Also, we have been recommending you to anyone who has asked. I would like to take a moment to thank you both for such wonderful food you provided for my parents 50th anniversary party. There were so many compliments on the food and everyone wanted to know who did the catering and of course I gave them your name and also your phone number to a couple of people. The portion sizes were great and everything was to perfection. I just can't say thank you enough for your help Becky and it was so nice to meet you both. I just wanted to thank you again for the hog you supplied at my wedding reception October 24th ... It was a big hit. ... Not only was it beautiful, it was also delicious!!! We got through half at the reception and then Sunday for the Saints game we all got together, heated it up and ate the other half while cheering for the Saints! It was awesome. I wanted to give a most heartfelt thank you to both of you from our entire project. I know our interaction was extremely brief, but I cannot communicate to you both how much of a blessing your catering was to our project... The food was PERFECT. We ran out of beans on the LAST plate we had to serve, same thing with the pudding. I received nothing but compliments about the food... Gratefully, Matthew

I'm sorry this is weeks late but I wanted to thank you for such excellent food and ... Everyone raved about it!! Especially the keylime cheesecakes and truffles....yum! Everything was very tasty and we all enjoyed your cheddar cheese 'cake'. So much so that I'm being begged to contact you to see if you would reveal the recipe. I have no idea if I'll ever be in Panama City again to have such a treat! If it's a big secret I understand, but I'd sure like to make it once in a while here in Illinois.---maybe a smaller version? I wanted to say thank you soo much for the catering ya'll did on march 17th, 2007! Ya'll did such a great job. Our family and friends are still talking about our wedding and the catering. Ya'll were very helpful in making everything just right. I was a nervous wreck the day of my wedding and ya'll helped with my worries on the reception and food. A friend of mine is getting married in Panama City Beach. She is getting married in May or June of next year. I recommended ya'll. Many thanks for taking care of our Thanksgiving meal last week. The food was outstanding and we had ample leftovers for dinner as well. I came down from Atlanta to get married on the white sands of Panama City Beach and I got lucky and picked the BEST CATERERS in the state!! Thank you so much for all of your hard work and wonderful food. Everything was so perfect, from the presentation to the taste (which was phenomenal). Just a note to thank you and Chef Bob for helping my mom and me with our family get-together on Saturday. Everyone loved the food. The meatballs, chicken and desserts were the biggest hits, and my mom even admitted to me that she could have skipped the veggie tray and ordered more desserts(!) It was great to be able to accommodate that many people in a relaxed setting (guests even flowed out onto the patio where we'd set up extra tables and chairs), and your suggestion of how to set up the food was very helpful in that regard.
