Dear Becky and Bob, What a wonderful spread of food. It exceeded expectations. Everything was delicious and I couldn't get over how big the shrimp were. I can't tell you how much I appreciate you coming this far to cater for us. You rescued me when several attempts to get a local to do it fell through. My father enjoyed it very much too. Hi Becky, I just wanted to thank you and Bob for the wonderful food you provided at Chrissys Wedding Reception. Everyone really enjoyed it. The servers were great also. They had everything all packed up for us. I had planned on bringing some home, but there were so many guests that kept coming and fixing plates after the servers left, that most everything was gone. Just a note to tell you that we were absolutely delighted with everything. Everything was perfect. The chicken on a stick was the most tender and delicious chicken I have ever tasted. The salmon is wonderful (is it poached?). It was all so good, and people were very complimentary. Tom 7/11

Just a little note to say thank you for the wonderful job you and your staff did for our welcome reception and wedding. I really appreciated the fact that you were prompt and the food was great! Everyone raved about the ranch potatoes and the pasta and chicken parmesan even impressed our picky Italian family! Just one comment, I had asked for rolls other than the yeast Sam Club rolls (the ciabatta) and that I would pay extra if necessary and you said you have a new baker you are using for your rolls now. I was looking forward to that, but we ended up with the Sam's Club yeast rolls :( Thanks again, Connie 5/11 - (I am so sorry about the rolls...yes, we had contracted out with a bakery...but the owner was out of town that week and the first time we got rolls from them that week they were extremely hard and TINY. So we went back to Sam's rolls for our events while the owner was out of town. I remembered someone had requested 'No Sam's' but didn't remember who it was, so that was entirely my fault for not writing it down. Once again I'm sorry! We are so glad you enjoyed all the other food though! - Becky)
Just wanted to let you know that we all enjoyed the dinner at our Bunco group Tuesday night. Everyone ate heartily and I still have enough meatballs & sauce for a couple of sandwiches. The sauce was delicious & I really like the way you season it. All in all a very positive experience & much easier than doing the cooking myself! Just wanted to let you know that everyone really enjoyed lunch today. It fit in so well with our *Heart Healthy* theme. I am so glad that Bob explained the soup to me. After I called the meeting to order I asked everyone how they enjoyed our Heart Healthy lunch and the response was great. I then asked them if they liked the soup and everyone did - THEN I told them the ingredients and they loved that is was also made with healthier ingredients. We joked about the strawberry shortcake and I reminded them that you put the whipped topping on the side. Anyway just wanted to let you know how much we appreciate you guys. If you are catering ANY event and want professional service and great food, Catering by Bob is the place that will work to meet all your needs. A few months ago, I used their service and was extremely pleased with EVERYTHING. I can tell anyone, if you are out on a picnic or in isolation, there would be no need to bring anything with you. Becky does not miss a beat. We loved the Ribs and Chicken combination & the Peach Cobbler. The reviews were great to please a picky family like mine. I just wanted to thank you again for the hog you supplied at my wedding reception October 24th ... It was a big hit. ... Not only was it beautiful, it was also delicious!!! I wanted to give a most heartfelt thank you to both of you from our entire project. I know our interaction was extremely brief, but I cannot communicate to you both how much of a blessing your catering was to our project... The food was PERFECT. I came down from Atlanta to get married on the white sands of Panama City Beach and I got lucky and picked the BEST CATERERS in the state!! Just a note to thank you and Chef Bob for helping my mom and me with our family get-together on Saturday. Everyone loved the food. The meatballs, chicken and desserts were the biggest hits, and my mom even admitted to me that she could have skipped the veggie tray and ordered more desserts(!) It was great to be able to accommodate that many people in a relaxed setting (guests even flowed out onto the patio where we'd set up extra tables and chairs), and your suggestion of how to set up the food was very helpful in that regard.
