We offer a huge selection of hors d'oeuvres! These include a variety of meatballs such as Italian, German, Danish, BBQ and sweet and sour. Boneless wings with your choice of sauces, stuffed mushrooms, shrimp or scallop rumaki (wrapped in bacon) and pork enrollados. We offer various stations including a pasta station, a meat carving station and a quesadilla station. We offer cold hors d'oeuvres such as veggie trays, meat trays, fruit trays, imported cheese tray, finger sandwich trays, deviled eggs trays and french country pate. Various canapes including artichoke and roasted red pepper canape and ham with dijon butter canape.

Some great choices on our grill menu are rasta ribs, west indian choka, grilled beef kabob with peanut flour, Indonesion pork, Chinese BBQ pork kabobs, lamb kabobs, cilantro pesto chicken skewers and Cuban style pork. Sizzling grilled steaks such as New York strip, ribeyes, filet mignons and top sirloins. Delicious grilled fish including tilapia, grouper, snapper, tuna, and mahi mahi.
