What is your attire?
For fancier events (i.e. indoor weddings) we wear white chef's jackets with black pants. For cocktail parties we wear black or white polo shirts & black pants. If your event is outside in the Florida sun... our attire will be white polo shirts & tan (or black) pants. We also have Tropical shirts for luaus, etc.
How much it will cost for my party?
This depends on what kind of food you want, obviously if you want seafood items or Baby Back Ribs the price will be more than if you just want meatballs or chicken items.
How do I go about getting a quote from you?
We suggest looking at our menus and picking out foods you'd like. Either call or e-mail us (link on bottom of home page) your choices and then Bob can put together a quote for you.
Other variables we will need to know are: what time, how many people, location, and if this is just dropoff (that includes disposables - or a dropoff with fancy stuff [i.e. chafing dishes] that we would have to return to pick up) or if you want us to stay and help keep things stocked, cleaned up, etc.

We have equipment for rent such as 6 foot or 8 foot tables for food, tablecloth and skirting for food tables, chafing dishes, dinner plates, salad plates, bowls, flatware, beverage goblets, coffee cups, linen napkins, punch cups and a punch fountain. All our equipment rentals include delivery and setup.

Bride & Groom Box
We know that the day of your wedding will be one of the most important, happiest, but also busiest days of your life. Many brides and grooms don't eat properly that day thinking they will 'catch up' at the reception. Unfortunately, that rarely happens. Unless the reception is a dinner buffet (where the Bride & Groom usually go down the line first), by the time they have taken pictures, greeted all the guests, cut the cake, and had their 1st dance most of the Hors D'oeuvres are gone or it's then time to make their getaway. Because of this, we offer a "Bride and Groom Box". For a fee of $20 (to cover the cost of the Styrofoam cooler and containers) we will pack a sample of all the Hors D'oeuvres for you to take with you and enjoy as you relax on your first night as husband and wife. Just ask us to include this special item on your invoice.
