Chef Bob Winterman opened up Catering By Bob in 2002, however he has been a chef since 1975. In that time, Chef Bob has worked for the Boar's Head Restaurant, Breakwater - Bridgetender, Fore-N-Aft and the Treasure Ship restaurant.

Chef Bob has an American Culinary Federation certification as a Certified Executive Chef®. This certification differentiates Chef Bob from other chefs. This certification shows:

his skills and culinary technique have reached a certain benchmark
he is well versed in culinary nutrition, food safety and sanitation
he recognizes the importance of high standards for food preparation

Chef Bob has also been actively involved in the Bay County Chef's Association and he was on the Board of Advisors for the Gulf Coast Community College Culinary program.
